Soham Grammarians: 1993 Reunion

GRAMMAR' OLD BOYS GET TOGETHER

Old Boys from the former Soham Grammar School got together on Saturday for their annual reunion dinner.

Sixty-five former pupils of the school, travelling from as far away as Cornwall and Wakefield were at the village college for the get-together organised by Roger Lane. Guest speaker was Peter Bedford, recently retired chairman of the Soham Benevolent Association, and among the guests were five of the orginal members of the school's rugby team, which went on to be the foundation of the current Ely Rugby Club.
