Who booked for the 2013 Dinner
The editor confesses that he electronically mislaid
Simon Curtis's talk.
He continues to look for it.
This year we welcomed six who had not been since at least 2002.
Two former SGS staff were present: Mr Dick Bozeat (Woodwork 59-72) and Mr Gareth Wood (Chemistry 64-72).
Chris Bent SG53 was again our MC and John Dimmock SG 59 was our box office manager.
Dr Carin Taylor - Principal of Soham Village College since 2006 was once more our Guest of Honour
We were welcomed by Chris Bent SG53
Rev (Rtd) Gwyn Murfet 56, again using his old - now virtually loose-leaf - SGS service book gave our Grace.
Loyal Toast: THE QUEEN: Mr Dick Bozeat
The ‘Roll Call’ – when each stood in turn, using the microphone, to tell us their name/SGS years/where they lived ‘then & now’.
