Chris Bent writes: "I have been given a superb Colours cap for Football dated 1931, and four sports medals in silver (1 x 1927 Junior Inter-House Relay and 3 x 1928 for 1sts at 100, 220, 440 yards), to be carefully archived.
These are from Jack Lockwood (b1914) who lived in Clay Street, Soham, and attended SGS 1925-31. He was (obviously!) a keen sportsman and played football locally. He was also well known as a musician playing in a local dance band. His daughter, Ros Grey, who is a great friend of ours, was instrumental in arranging the donation." Jack now lives in Norwich.
