Dear Sir or Madam,

With reference to the admission of your son
to this school next term, I enclose:-

1. Copy of the School Rules
2. Clothing List
3. Health Certificate
4. Games Subscription Form.

The Health Certificate (duly signed) and the
Games Subscription Form (with subscription) should be
handed to the Form Master on the first day of term -
Tuesday 15th September, 1953.

Will you kindly let the Housekeeper know not
later than lst September if you wish your son to have
School Dinner at 9d, per day, payable in advance,
and also if you wish him to drink milk daily in the
morning break, for which there is no charge.
